The ICCM Program is an evidence-based Lifestyle Medicine approach to implementing, managing and maintaining positive lifestyle changes that will produce a direct impact on your health and wellbeing.
Now in its 8th year, this program has been designed and developed by Internationally Certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician, Dr. Michelle Reiss. Delivered in collaboration with a team of reputable Health Care practitioners, the ICCM Program has supported hundreds of members through lifestyle change with our bio-psycho-social model of care.
What is the ICCM Program?
The I Can Change Me program is an intensive 10-week program that is medically designed to deliver the latest evidence in the key pillars of sustainable lifestyle change. The goal of the program is to educate, equip and empower members to facilitate and sustain lifestyle changes that will improve their quality of life, sense of well-being and vitality.
Specifically, the program clinically addresses the prevention and reversal of lifestyle induced Chronic Disease, such as:
Overweight & Obesity
Pre-Diabetes & Type 2 Diabetes
Fatigue, Stress, Anxiety & Depression
Heart Disease & Stroke
Inflammation & some types of Cancers
Before your ICCM Program commences, members will be required to undertake Pathology work, as well as a basic physical, nutritional, habitual and neurological assessment. These tests will form your individual baseline for which your progression will be measured for the next 10 weeks.

The ICCM Program is a unique concept that assists individuals in understanding both the "why" and "how" of achieving a sense of well-being from within. By integrating various aspects of "whole-person" health and wellness, the program employs the proven 'Bio-Psycho-Social' model of care.
Designed and delivered by a dedicated team of health professionals, the I Can Change Me modules are grounded in scientific research and adhere to best practices, ensuring participants receive the highest standard of modern medical care.
As a member of our ICCM program, we'll work together to improve your health and help you take control of your choices for greater well-being and vitality so you don't become a statistic.

The ICCM Program cost is $910.00
A deposit is required at time of Registration, with the balance payable prior to commencement of Module 1.
As this is a private medical program, there is no Medicare rebate applicable.
Depending on your coverage, some Private Health and Workers Compensation Insurance claims may cover part, or all, of the cost. If you would like to submit a claim, a letter can be provided from the Centre.
